Carlos Santana Opens Restaurant

Ah, Don Carlos Santana. We know he can play the guitar like players play with the corazon of unsuspecting mujeres. But we didn’t know he knew anything about good Mexican cooking. It turns out he knew plenty. Enough to join forces with Hispanic chef Roberto Santibanez to form Maria, Maria La Cantina. The Santana restaurant officially opened in good ol’ Walnut Creek, Cali.
